Directions

Flank Steak and Asparagus Wraps:

1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Slice baguette.

2. Place slices on baking tray and spray with non-stick spray. Toast until crispy, about 4-5 minutes (thyme leaves may be sprinkled on bread before toasting.) Remove from oven.

3. Meanwhile, cut asparagus spears in half lengthwise. Wrap each cut piece with a slice on beef, placing on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.

4. Season with salt and pepper. Place in 500-degree oven for 4-6 minutes until beef is no longer pink and spears are al dente. Remove from oven. Place a dollop of horseradish on each baguette slice and top with beef/asparagus spears. Serve.

Shrimp Cocktail Crostini:

1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Slice baguette. Place slices on baking tray and spray with non-stick spray. Toast until crispy, about 4-5 minutes (thyme leaves may be sprinkled on bread before toasting.) Remove from oven.

2. Spread about 1 teaspoon Boursin Cheese on each crostini.

3. Top with a drizzle of cocktail sauce and two shrimp. Serve.

Hummus Crostini:

1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Slice baguette. Place slices on baking tray and spray with non-stick spray. Toast until crispy, about 4-5 minutes (thyme leaves may be sprinkled on bread before toasting.) Remove from oven.

2. Spread about one teaspoon of hummus on each crostini slice.

3. Top with a teaspoon of olive tapenade and a sprinkle of feta cheese. Serve.
