1. Warm beans on the stove or in microwave until slightly hot.
2. Place beans in a food processor. Add tahini, and grate in garlic. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
3. Add balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Process until smooth. Add reserved liquid, a tablespoon at a time, and process to get a hummus-consistency, scraping down the sides as you go. (Hot water can be used in place of reserved liquid).
4. Scoop into a bowl and serve.
toasted pita, naan bread, sliced red bell peppers, cucumber or sliced cabbage.
