Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine 3 eggs, 1 egg yolk, 1 cup of sugar, 2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. ginger and 1/4 tsp. ground cloves. Gradually stir in 2 cups of Original or Vanilla Almond Breeze, then stir in 2 cups of pumpkin puree.
Pour filling into premade pie shell.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until filling is set.
